Good but not as user friendly as Id hoped

Im a cheese neophyte so much of this is hard to follow. I use Steven Jennkins Cheese Primer but the beauty of the iPhone is the portability and the quick access to info. This app is somewhat cumbersome. I thought another reviewers idea of a "shaker" .
